Novotel Wroclaw City

The pizza at Pizzeria Bianco was great-thin crust and bursting with flavors. Plus, the complimentary water station offered a thoughtful touch, perfect for staying hydrated after a day of exploring. My Superior Twin Room was spacious and equipped with a massive walk-in shower that hit just right after a long day.

I was left a bit miffed when I arrived after a call about availability, only to discover there was no hot water. A heads-up before I paid would've gone a long way, though the overall vibe of the stay was decent.

functional room with a queen size bed, full size bathrooms and coffee facilities, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. nice location in a quiet residential area, nice restaurants in the local area.

Absolutely shocking experience, the soundproofing was non-existent and I could hear all the lobby chatter until 2 AM, just unacceptable! No free parking! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for putting up with that chaos. A promising hotel but sadly let down by the details, so disappointing I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Breakfast is like in 5-star hotel with all hot food and fresh fruits. Bed is very firm and confortable.

Dinner chef quality is not so stable. I ordered the same appertiser every night, but taste is quite different sometimes. I was not so happy when the dish (egg plant with cheese and tomato under) was like un- cooked one day. Also, putin with caramal desert was tasty when it suppose to be hot. I ordered 3 times, but only the first is hot desert.

The room is silent and big size with a queen size bed. Great to have an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe;)))

The breakfast selection offers a variety of gluten-free options. The hotel features a substantial outdoor terrace that provides a nice area for relaxation.

Soundproofing is severely lacking. Conversations from the lobby can be heard clearly up to 2 AM, disrupting sleep. Room maintenance issues like a wardrobe door missing, electric sockets detached from the wall, and an uncomfortable sofa bed for extra guests present significant inconveniences. There was an incident where a stranger mistakenly walked into my room.

As good as you would expect from an international chain. Secure parking ample and convenient. Staff competent and friendly. Food excellent. Room very comfortable. Good location but still quiet. Easy to find.

Had to pay to use car park.

The lack of free parking options is frustrating!!! Limited soundproofing means you hear everything happening in the hallway and lobby!!! Uncomfortable sofa beds for extra guests could be improved!!! Housekeeping needs consistency in cleanliness standards!!!

Easy access.

Our car was dammaged at the hotel parking (back mirrors stolen in the night). The hotel stuff did not feel any responsibility for the cars on the paid parking. The hotel asked for a preauthorisation of my credit card at arrival. Even one week after we paid the bill, the amount of the preauthorisation is not back on my account.

Works fine if you use this hotel to sleep only.

Breakfast. Expensive but tasty.

I felt like I moved back to 70's, specially in the tiny-sized toilet with old, cracked enamel paint on the walls. Bathroom and toilet's equipment quite aged if not old. Window could not be opened more than a bit (chain locked) while there was around 26degC on that sunny day (no A/C of course). Strangest thing: there was an info at the reception desk, showing that the room price was twice as much as official one found on the hard copy price list in the room. Were they taking advantage of a very busy weekend in Wroclaw at that time? BAD practice.

Very friendly staff. Nice location (that part of the city has lot of green areas). The hotel is in walking distance from the South Park.

Small detail - security latch for the window would allow keeping it open.
